Do you have any guarantees on the lists you provide?

Yes. Our Consumer Lists and Business Lists have a 95% deliverability guarantee. Our Resident Lists have a 98% deliverability guarantee. This policy applies to the mailing addresses only. Telephone numbers and contact names can and do change on a regular basis and guarantees cannot be offered on these elements. Other exceptions may apply based on the type of list – please inquire.
