Once you determine the appropriate list criteria and
quantities for your campaign, you may place your order by phone
at 800-741-0116. Or, you may use our Online
Count and Order system. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American,
and Discover; or payment can be made by company check or money order.

How will I receive the mailing list names?
Your database of names can be provided directly via
e-mail or formatted on a computer disk. We can also provide the
names and addresses on mailing labels, paper lists, 3 x 5 index
cards or all of the above. You should be familiar and experienced
with your operating systems to receive the lists electronically
by e-mail or disk.

Is there technical support available if I choose
the electronic format?
Yes, technical support is available for any challenges
regarding downloading and accessing your list.

Do you have any guarantees on the lists you provide?
Yes. Our Consumer
Lists and Business
Lists have a
95% deliverability guarantee. Our Resident
Lists have a 98% deliverability
guarantee. This policy applies to the mailing addresses only.
Telephone numbers and contact names can and do change on a regular
basis and guarantees cannot be offered on these elements. Other
exceptions may apply based on the type of list - please inquire.
